Does N95 Mask filter the coronavirus?
Experts indicate that for airborne transmission the coronavirus is stabilized and transmitted in a globule of spittle which is a combination of saliva and mucous approximately 0.5 microns or larger in size. SmartGear Zone’s N95 filters are sensitive enough to trap smaller particles down to at least 0.3 microns so the ratings indicate effectiveness to provide defense against airborne coronavirus contamination when used correctly. Although N95 are recommended for use by many, SmartGear Zone has not independently researched these products and make no claims, warranties or guarantees about the effectiveness of these or any other products. Use at your own risk.
How long can I wear the mask?
The usage duration can vary depending on the degree of contaminants in the environment in which you are using it. it will last longer in an area with mostly fresh air and deplete more rapidly in an extremely dusty or smokey environment. Our suppliers recommend changing the filter elements at least once for every 24 hours of continuous use. SmartGear Zone offers replacement filters and respirator valves.
Do these mask fit kids?
The masks feature a “one size fits most adults” length and shape. We will offer smaller sizes specific to kids as soon as we find a reliable supplier.
How do I care for my mask?
Please hand wash the outer mask using mild detergent and do not dry in direct sunlight. The inner filters should be disposed of and replaced since they will be trapping various harmful contaminants. SmartGear Zone offers replacement filters and respirator valves.
What is the difference between N95 Mask and PM2.5?
The ‘2.5’ in PM 2.5 refers to the size of the pollutant in micrometers that the filter is sensitive enough to block. N95 is a type of PM2.5 that can filter out up to 95% of the pollutants drawn through the filtration element. Some masks are N99. these masks have an even higher filtration level but make breathing through the filtration medium more difficult. SmartGear Zone’s N95 offer the best cross between breathing difficulty and filtration efficiency.
What is the difference between N95 and KN95?
The letters before the number 95 indicate the country of origin of the standard that the mask is manufactured to. Although their filtration medium is essentially the same, different countries specify various airflow rates which translate to its inhalation difficulty. SmartGear Zone uses either standard interchangeably.
Is this site safe and secure?

When do I get the tracking number?
The tracking number takes up to 3-5 business days to appear. Since we request the package for the shipment it takes about 36 hours after your purchase for us to receive confirmation for shipping. The tracking update comes by email. Also, you can see it on your order page.
In what cases can I ask for a refund?
If the product is not as described or has been damaged through shipment, send us a picture of the problem, and we will give you a refund (you have 3 days after delivery to contact us). If you change your mind after purchasing and receiving your product a refund will not be given. Also If the item does not get to you 5 weeks after the purchase, a refund will be given. Please do not request a refund prior to the 5-week threshold. Products that are opened or used are not returnable under any circumstances. If you don’t have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
As many of our items are personal accessories made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

How long does it take for the item to arrive?
We currently have unprecedented demand and order volume. Depending on your location, the product and the sale, shipping normally ranges between a few days to 1-4 weeks.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for full-priced items for any reason within the given time frame please reach out to us immediately at email@example.com. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.
My Item arrived damaged! What do I do?
If your item arrived damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in. We’ll give you a refund as soon as possible.
